USING THE SPECIAL FUNCTIONS

The following screen is provided for entering letters.

* To enter numbers, use the digital keys on the control panel.

The following keys are used to enter letters.

- CapsLock ............... Press this key to switch capital letters and small letters.

- B Space ................. Press this key to delete the letter before the cursor.

- Space .................... Press this key to enter a space.

...................... Press these keys to move the cursor.

- SET ........................ Press this key to fix all entered letters.

- Cancel ................... Press this key to cancel entry of letters.

Press the CapsLock key to enter small letters, then

press the E key.

Example: Enter “Meeting”

Press the CapsLock key to enter capital letters,

then press the M key in the Letter Entry Screen.
