ShareScan OP, designed to

work with our LightningFAX

and XMediusFAX

fax server

software, enables users to eas-

ily fax documents from multi-

function printers (MFPs) and

digital copiers networked on

a PSTN- or VoIP-based infra-

structure.

1. SELECT XMEDIUSFAX

At your MFP or copier, simply

select XMediusFAX for auto-

mated faxing.

2. SCAN YOUR DOCUMENT

Scan and preview your

document, the fax cover-

sheet and the sender/recipi-

ent information. The user-

friendly eCopy ShareScan OP

captures fax coversheet data,

and automatically merges

sender and recipient informa-

tion for faxing through your

Sagem-Interstar fax server.

3. SEND YOUR FAX

After you send your fax, return

to your desk, where you will

receive a fax transmission sta-

tus report in your email inbox

– no need to wait beside your

fax device. And with Sagem-

Interstar’s fax server, inbound

faxes are sent to your email

inbox for handling like any

other electronic document on

your PC.
