After selecting

Summary Information...

, the following dialog box will

appear:

The Document Name, Directory, Created, and Number of Pages

portions are automatically entered. Enter the author of the document,

as well as any keywords or comments you would like to remember the

document by. By pressing the

button, the summary information is

saved. After saving, it can be brought up again at any time by selecting

Summary Information...

in the File menu. The

Cancel

button cancels

the operation, and pressing the

Help

button brings up the Online help

function.
