Suppressed Background

Original document with a light (or off-white) background can be scanned with whiter, brighter backgrounds using

the Suppress Background function.

Using this function on photographs or newspapers, the MX-2301N can also create almost the same image colour

image as the original. Without this function, the result is a discoloured or washed out image. The accuracy of the

image tones has improved compared to the original, despite the improved background colour.

Note: the MX-2301N can suppress background automatically in both scan and copy modes.

Scan to Print

A Print Processing made for scanning images is s new feature of the MX-2301N. When using this mode, users can

obtain a print image that is extremely close in colour to the original image.
